How to serve

Here are a few recipes to try at home. If you have a deckchair and some sunshine, even better!

Fill a highball glass with SOME ice. squeeze in 3 lime wedges, dropping each wedge into the glass.

Add 50ml Hawksbill Spiced Rum, top up with cola to fill the glass and stir gently to mix.

Add 50ml Hawksbill Pineapple Rum, 25ml lime juice, and ginger beer and shake.

Pour into a hurricane glass over ice and garnish with fresh pineapple leaves.

Combine 50ml Hawksbill Mango Peel Rum, 15ml lime juice, a dash of pineapple syrup, 6 mint leaves and top with soda.

Pour into a glass full of crushed ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and a pineapple wedge.
